This Cajun Market blew my mind the moment I walked in. They have a huge selection of Cajun food, snacks, and ingredients, most of which were new to me. I didn’t grab any groceries this time, but I’ll definitely be back soon.
What really hooked me were the cracklins. They’re some of the best I’ve ever had, perfectly seasoned, hot, and fresh, with just the right balance of skin, fat, and meat. From the photos, you can see there’s more than just cracklins here; everything looks mouthwatering.
If you’re driving through Katy, make a quick stop here. It’s absolutely worth the detour!
