If you are looking for a Thai restaurant in the Katy, Texas area, Thaicoon Restaurant and Pub is definitely one to add to your list. I visited on a Wednesday evening, and service was fast and friendly even though the restaurant was pretty calm.
The food was delicious. The Pad Kee Mao had great flavor, and the green curry was rich, creamy, and really well balanced. I would gladly order both again.
