Shoku Ramen used to be one of my favorite late night ramen spots. I first visited during the pandemic in 2020 and loved that they stayed open late, which made it a great place to grab ramen after work.
Their food used to be really good. Taco Tuesday was the highlight. The tacos had kimchi in them which made them unique and full of flavor. Unfortunately, that is no longer the case. The ramen is still tasty, but the tacos are not what they used to be.
Parking at this location has also become more difficult, and the service has gone downhill with each visit. During my most recent visit, I asked for water and the server walked right past me without acknowledging my table at all.
Because of the declining quality and poor experience, I do not plan on coming back.
